Due to dynamic growth, Icotera now offers a unique opportunity at our HR Team in Szczecin.

We are looking for an IT Recruiter who will be responsible for the entire cycle of the recruitment process and will support Managers on a daily basis in searching for the best candidates, in accordance with the needs of the positions.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Managing a full recruitment cycle, owning each stage of the process
  • Creating and posting recruitment advertisements in order to attract suitable candidates using various techniques and channels (online job portals, corporate website, LinkedIn)
  • Using various methods of searching Candidates, including direct search
  • Cooperation with external recruitment agencies
  • Initial verification of the Candidate (verification of his experience, financial expectations)
  • Direct contact with Department Managers in order to determine the details of the recruitment process and requirements for the Employees sought
  • Participation in interviews with Candidates, preparing reports on recommended Candidates, discussing recruitment results with the HR Director
  • Taking care of the entire onboarding process and making new Employees feel welcome and immersed in our company’s culture

Our requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting employees for IT positions
  • Higher education
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Very good communication skills
  • Motivations for professional development in the field of recruitment, personnel consulting
  • Interest in the HR industry/labor market
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks

Optional

  • Familiarity with the E-Recruiter platform
  • Experience in direct search recruitment
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter tool
