Who we are

We are a team of programmers and electronic engineers, developing projects in the area of
Industry 4.0 and in particular IIoT – Industrial Internet of Things. We have been building our
competences in this area since 2008, when we created the world’s first system for remote
management of car washes. Based on this experience, we have developed EBKF Fleet
Manager, a universal system for remote monitoring of machine operation regardless of age
and manufacturer.

What distinguishes the EBKF solution is simplicity of implementation and maintenance. The
implementation does not require large investment outlays. The software is simple and

How does EBKF Fleet Manager work

The solution consists of a small EBKF module, which can be installed on virtually any
machine regardless of manufacturer, date of manufacture and operation principle. The
module is completely non-invasive. During installation, we find the right signals on the
machine and connect them to the module. The module collects all the data and sends
encrypted information every 5 minutes over a GSM network to a secure cloud computing
system. The data is then processed and prepared for presentation to the user in an
accessible way. In addition, the artificial intelligence algorithms used look for deviations from
work and immediately report such events to the appropriate people.
