ITIL is the most widely accepted approach to IT service management in the world. ITIL provides a cohesive set of best practices, drawn from the public and private sectors internationally.
The training was addressed to 48 self-employed persons and employees of big-, small- and micro-sized enterprises from the Zachodniopomorskie voivodeship and associated in the West Pomeranian ICT Cluster. Ends with a formal exam and certificate executed by one of three Polish institutions accredited by APM Group in the UK.
