Since 2022, he has held the position of Director of the Technology Department at Kongsberg Maritime Poland, responsible for the development of one of the key units within the company\u2019s structure. In his role, he works closely with Kongsberg Maritime\u2019s global structures, coordinating efforts related to process standardization, tool optimization, and strengthening the technical competencies of the team. His activities focus on increasing operational efficiency and ensuring the high quality of delivered technological solutions. He is also co-responsible for shaping the long-term technology strategy of KMPOL and for implementing management processes.<\/p>\r\n

With over 17 years of experience in executing investment projects both in Poland and abroad, he specializes in strategic planning, engineering team management, and organizational transformation. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for key elements of projects such as the construction of the CHP plant in Gorz\u00f3w Wielkopolski and the implementation of the Automated People Mover system at Los Angeles Airport.<\/p>\r\n

He holds an engineering degree and has completed postgraduate studies in finance and energy. After graduation he took part in the IT Green Card program and began his employment at Consileon Business Consultancy in Frankfurt. It was a great challenge, but satisfaction gained from participating in many extraordinary projects more than compensated for long working hours and constant traveling. During his work for Consileon he gained experience as a programmer, consultant and a team leader. His leadership and organizational skills were essential to convince his employer to take more Polish IT specialists on board. In January 2005 he became the front man of Consileon Polska - a company newly set up in Szczecin as a software development center for the Consileon Group. For many years, he ran a software house in Szczecin, which eventually led him to become the CEO of Patronite (Crowd8 Sp. z o.o.) \u2013 a leading crowdfunding platform for Creators. Patronite combines fintech solutions with services tailored to the needs of creative users (including an online store, publishing house, and content publishing), operating as a 100% IT-based venture.\r\nFrom the beginning of his career, he has worked at the intersection of technology and management, from the perspective of someone who builds and develops teams and digital products. Transitioning from running a service-oriented company to creating his product allowed him to gain a deeper understanding of the dynamics of working in the IT industry.\r\nHe has been involved with the IT Cluster for many years \u2013 he values the opportunity to exchange experiences, and even more so, joint efforts to support the growth and representation of West Pomeranian tech companies.\r\nPrivately \u2013 a father of two, a music enthusiast who doesn\u2019t get stuck in the \u201cgood old hits\u201d but constantly seeks out new sounds.
