The first meeting in the Product Meetup<\/strong><\/a> series took place. It was organized in collaboration with Asseco Data Systems<\/strong><\/a>. We gathered at Technopark Pomerania<\/strong><\/a>, where we welcomed over 120 participants. We are excited that the event drew many project management enthusiasts, product development experts, and service improvement professionals.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The organizers – Magdalena \u0141awicka<\/strong><\/a>, Monika Duszkiewicz<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0from Klaster IT and Ewelina Chudy<\/strong><\/a> from Asseco Data Systems<\/strong><\/a> (the event’s leading partner) – opened the meeting. They introduced the participants to the event’s theme, the plan for the Product Meetup<\/strong><\/a> series, and shared the story behind the idea of organizing this event. These meetups are designed for individuals involved in product development, project management, and service improvement. While project management experience often focuses on IT, our discussions also explore other industries.<\/p>\n

Who spoke at the first meeting?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Agnieszka Roguska<\/strong><\/a>, HR Business Partner at Asseco Data Systems – <\/strong>business trainer, certified coach, consultant, and author of development programs. In her presentation titled <\/span>“<\/span><\/em>Team Psychology \u2013 How to Motivate and Manage a Team in Difficult Times Effectively.<\/span><\/em><\/strong>“<\/span><\/em> Agnieszka explained how leaders can act effectively in the demanding VUCA reality (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity).
