Creativity, Technology, and Collaboration \u2013 A Report from Our Team\u2019s Participation in the T.A.B. Project.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Last week, Magdalena \u0141awicka<\/strong>, Monika Duszkiewicz<\/strong>, and our Cluster Expert Piotr Kr\u0119\u017cel<\/strong><\/a> from 24fps.pl<\/strong><\/a>, represented us during meetings held as part of the international T.A.B. project \u2013 Innovation Hubs for Tech, Art, and Business<\/strong><\/a>. The meetings took place from April 8\u201311 at Talent Garden in Vilnius<\/strong>, bringing together participants from across the Baltic Sea region for the Upskilling Course and Creative Sprint<\/strong> event.<\/p>\n

This was already the third edition of such gatherings. Previous ones were held in Cannes and Karlskrona, focusing on artificial intelligence and virtual production in cinematography. This time, the emphasis was placed on skills development, co-creation, and regional innovation models.<\/p>\n

The event gathered 40 participants<\/strong>, including representatives of Lithuanian governmental institutions such as the Ministry of the Economy and Innovation<\/strong>, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs<\/strong>, the VRM Project Management Agency<\/strong>, and local authorities from Rietavas<\/strong>. There was also a strong presence of international experts, including Danish artist Ren\u00e9 Holm<\/strong>, game and VR developer Vilius Petrauskas<\/strong>, virtual production specialist Leonardas Zilinskas<\/strong>, musician Vaidotas Valiukevi\u010dius<\/strong> from the band The Roop<\/strong>, and representatives of creative hubs such as Talent Garden Vilnius<\/strong> and LinkMen Factory<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The first day of the event<\/strong> began with workshops on soft skills and team building, led by Sofia Arveg\u00e5rd<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 a Swedish expert in leadership and group dynamics. Participants explored various techniques supporting engagement and effective collaboration, while Sofia emphasized the importance of organizational culture as a key element of successful teams.<\/p>\n

Next came an XR session<\/strong>, led by Vilius Petrauskas<\/strong> and Justina Silinikait\u0117<\/strong> from Muona Studio<\/strong>, showcasing behind-the-scenes insights into working with augmented reality technology.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The day concluded with a screening of the film Pasauli\u0173 Sutv\u0117rimas (Creation of Worlds)<\/strong><\/a>, which used VR<\/strong> technology to bring the art of Mikalojus Konstantinas \u010ciurlionis<\/strong> to life, offering a new technological perspective on his work. It perfectly reflects the T.A.B. project\u2019s core idea \u2013 combining art and technology to create new business and educational opportunities.<\/p>\n

By\u0142o to doskona\u0142e odzwierciedlenie idei projektu T.A.B., \u0142\u0105cz\u0105cej sztuk\u0119 i technologi\u0119 w celu tworzenia nowych mo\u017cliwo\u015bci biznesowych i edukacyjnych.<\/p>\n

In the following days, participants were divided into four project teams, each developing proposals for innovative initiatives tailored to the Tel\u0161iai region, focusing on the municipality of Rietavas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Magda<\/strong> and Monika<\/strong> worked in a team led by Vaidotas Valiukevi\u010dius<\/strong>, the lead singer of The Roop<\/strong><\/a>. Their concept, Creative Camp in Rietavas<\/strong>, envisions creating an international artist residency program based on local resources and collaboration with the community.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Piotr Kr\u0119\u017cel<\/strong> contributed to the team Art Meets Innovation<\/strong>, which focused on designing a modern art exhibition that blends contemporary works with VR technology\u2014a project inspired by Ren\u00e9 Holm’s art<\/p>\n

The remaining groups developed the concepts for the Rietavas Innovation Hub<\/strong> \u2013 a regional coworking center for SMEs and startups \u2013 and Discovering Oginski Heritage<\/strong> \u2013 an interactive, VR\/AR-based educational experience that brings the history and legacy of the Oginski family to life.<\/p>\n

Each project addressed the real needs of local communities and demonstrated how technology and creativity can co-create the future of regional development. Our team’s involvement in these activities was inspiring and highly valuable, both in terms of knowledge exchange and the ongoing growth of our innovation-focused efforts.<\/p>\n

As proud partners of the T.A.B. project, we were honored to represent our Cluster among an international group of experts and practitioners<\/strong>. Participating in this event was an inspiring experience and a chance to have a tangible impact on developing innovative collaboration models between the creative, tech, and public sectors.<\/p>\n

It was an intense, creative, and significant time \u2013 full of new ideas, connections, and future directions.<\/p>\n
