We are responsible for the development of mobile telecommunication technologies in a multi-site international network of experts working on modern telecommunication systems for world market radio telecom vendors.
Currently, we are looking for an experienced Test Engineers who will join our cross-functional teams and support them in verification of a newly developed functionalities in the 5G technology (L1 and L2, baseband). As a member of the R&D team, you will develop test operation plan for the project, conduct manual E2E testing, automate parts of test procedures and take care of the quality of the developed solution.
We expect you to have:
- General knowledge about architecture and features in 4G and 5G networks (e.g. carrier aggregation, handover, DSS, ENDC)
- Experience with telco E2E testing with use of real UE’s
- Understanding of testing importance during SW development process
- Knowledge and practice of software testing concepts (ISTQB certificate will be an advantage)
- Basic understanding of IP networks
- User experience with Linux CLI
- Good analytical thinking
- Good English, both written and spoken
Nice to have qualifications:
- Practical knowledge about RF equipment (e.g., tunable attenuators, signal analyzer)
- Practical knowledge about building environments for 4G/5G E2E testing
- Working experience with Viavi TM500, QXDM, Wireshark
- Familiarity with CI/CD frameworks and tools (e.g. GIT, Gerrit, Jenkins)
- Troubleshooting skills of the test environment issues
- Competence in using test frameworks (for example Robot Framework)
- Experience in scripting languages (e.g. Python, Perl)
