On November 14-16 this year Magdalena Ławicka and Monika Duszkiewicz participated in a seminar opening the work on CONSIDERATION – COmpeteNceS – Inclusive Digital grEen tRAnsformaTION. The event was held at the University of Roskilde in Denmark, which is the project’s leader. In addition to our cluster, the project includes partners from Denmark, Germany, Lithuania, Poland and Sweden, whom we had the pleasure of meeting in person.

The project aims to support enterprises in the digitization field by developing competencies of both managers and employees.
The project will create a platform that will be a tool for the Digital Strategy Development Tool (DSDT) and provide support for the digital competencies of enterprises.
Among other things, the role of the IT Cluster will be networking. It will be responsible for creating digital management tools and a business model strategy to enable the digital development of enterprises.
We will also be responsible for the project’s communications and the organization of industry workshops.
It was three intensive days, during which we discussed detailed plans for the project and planned tasks for the next 3 years of this international project.
