The first meeting in the Product Meetup series took place. It was organized in collaboration with Asseco Data Systems. We gathered at Technopark Pomerania, where we welcomed over 120 participants. We are excited that the event drew many project management enthusiasts, product development experts, and service improvement professionals.

The organizers – Magdalena Ławicka, Monika Duszkiewicz from Klaster IT and Ewelina Chudy from Asseco Data Systems (the event’s leading partner) – opened the meeting. They introduced the participants to the event’s theme, the plan for the Product Meetup series, and shared the story behind the idea of organizing this event. These meetups are designed for individuals involved in product development, project management, and service improvement. While project management experience often focuses on IT, our discussions also explore other industries.

Our COO hosted the event and guided participants through the program. Throughout the meeting, our speakers shared valuable insights and practical experiences.

Who spoke at the first meeting?

Agnieszka Roguska, HR Business Partner at Asseco Data Systems – business trainer, certified coach, consultant, and author of development programs. In her presentation titled Team Psychology – How to Motivate and Manage a Team in Difficult Times Effectively. Agnieszka explained how leaders can act effectively in the demanding VUCA reality (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity). Participants learned, among other things:

  • Strategies that will help maintain engagement and motivation in teams
  • How to build a sense of purpose
  • How to strengthen cooperation in such demanding circumstances

Mariusz Kapusta, CEO & Founder, Leadership Center – expert, practitioner, and project management enthusiast. Mariusz shared his extensive experience in his presentation “Project Management Without Secrets: Difficult Situations, Black Techniques.” He discussed the challenges and unconventional solutions in project management that are rarely addressed publicly. Participants had the opportunity to discover:

  • Practical techniques for dealing with difficult situations in projects.
  • Creative approaches to management.
  • Key success factors that go beyond traditional methods and textbook knowledge.

After the inspiring presentations, Ewelina Chudy from Asseco Data Systems moderated a Q&A session. This was a perfect opportunity for participants to ask questions directly to our speakers, resulting in valuable discussions and the exchange of experiences.

Once the official part of the event concluded, participants were invited to a networking session with pizza, which turned out to be a big hit – just like the pizza itself!
The delicious slices disappeared quickly, creating a relaxed, informal conversation and idea exchange atmosphere.

This is just the beginning of the Product Meetup series! We are already planning future meetings to continue inspiring and supporting the community of project and product leaders.

We thank all the participants for their energy, engagement, and willingness to share knowledge. We hope our events will become valuable for building connections and gaining insights.
