Last Thursday, we had the pleasure of visiting Mentor – a Polish manufacturer of modern educational solutions and multimedia technologies. The meeting took place at the company’s headquarters in Będargowo – the place where advanced devices supporting teaching and the development of digital skills are created from scratch.

Mentor is a company with over 20 years of experience that has focused on local production and the development of proprietary solutions from the very beginning. All the products offered are made in-house – from design, through technological processes and assembly, to final quality tests.

During the visit, we had the opportunity to explore a wide range of products offered by Mentor, which together create a comprehensive ecosystem supporting modern education.

They showed us the features of the modern motion-controlled game console – myWally, which recognizes and interprets the user’s movements, allowing them to interact with educational and therapeutic games and applications.

A particular highlight was myBoard – an extensive line of interactive monitors and whiteboards that have become a permanent feature in Polish schools and educational institutions. This product genuinely supports the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons.

Another impressive innovation was Smartfloor – a unique interactive floor that responds to movement and touch. It is an excellent tool for supporting the development of motor skills, coordination, and creativity.

Mentor also offers language labs and conference systems, created in response to the needs of modern schools, universities, and public institutions. These solutions enable efficient foreign language learning, conducting translation classes, as well as organizing meetings, votes, or debates.

Mentor is not just a hardware manufacturer. It is also an active partner in education, supporting schools in the digitization process through its involvement in government programs, as well as numerous training sessions, webinars, and courses for teachers.

Our cluster member also collaborates with R3 Polska on the development of the innovative “recomat” vending machine, contributing to the integration of automation technology and AV components.

During the visit, we were able to not only see the modern products in action but also take a look behind the scenes of their production. We learned about the process of creating devices – from concept and design, through testing, to final assembly and implementation. Importantly, everything happens locally, with the involvement of a skilled team, in the spirit of “we produce everything in-house.”

We are proud to have a company in Szczecin that is not only dynamically growing but also creating such modern and innovative technological solutions, making a real impact on the shape of education, business, and sustainable development in Poland.

It was an inspiring visit, and we thank them for the invitation!
