Managing Director at Inco – the Polish branch of the German federal technology company Bundesdruckerei. A leader in the fields of technology and business management with 30 years of experience gained both in global corporates and dynamic start-ups. He holds an Executive MBA from the West Pomeranian Business School in Szczecin and a postgraduate degree in industrial fleet superintendency from Lloyd’s Maritime Academy in London. He has nearly 10 years of international expatriate experience, having worked and lived in the United States, Norway, and South Africa. During this time, he held key roles within subsidiaries of the Norwegian Kongsberg Group, leading engineering projects in customer service, integrated automation systems design, and later in strategic business development across Sub-Saharan Africa region. As a long-time employee of Kongsberg Maritime Poland, he was responsible for various business functions, including serving as Director of Services and Technology, where he oversaw global functions such as customer after-sales support, financial shared services center, and the research and development of mission-critical software. Before joining Inco, he worked as an AI Manager at an edtech start-up focused on the development of nano-education technologies. Co-author of the Exams Online- Academy platform. He values the harmony between technology and people, believing that such synergy is the foundation of lasting success for any organization.

Experienced in working as a business consultant and a specialist for the support and development of business competencies of IT companies in West Pomerania.
