For many years, he ran a software house in Szczecin, which eventually led him to become the CEO of Patronite (Crowd8 Sp. z o.o.) – a leading crowdfunding platform for Creators. Patronite combines fintech solutions with services tailored to the needs of creative users (including an online store, publishing house, and content publishing), operating as a 100% IT-based venture.
From the beginning of his career, he has worked at the intersection of technology and management, from the perspective of someone who builds and develops teams and digital products. Transitioning from running a service-oriented company to creating his product allowed him to gain a deeper understanding of the dynamics of working in the IT industry.
He has been involved with the IT Cluster for many years – he values the opportunity to exchange experiences, and even more so, joint efforts to support the growth and representation of West Pomeranian tech companies.
Privately – a father of two, a music enthusiast who doesn’t get stuck in the “good old hits” but constantly seeks out new sounds. He finds the best relaxation in solo cycling trips covering mile after mile.
