Experience & Activities

Since 2022, he has held the position of Director of the Technology Department at Kongsberg Maritime Poland, responsible for the development of one of the key units within the company’s structure. In his role, he works closely with Kongsberg Maritime’s global structures, coordinating efforts related to process standardization, tool optimization, and strengthening the technical competencies of the team. His activities focus on increasing operational efficiency and ensuring the high quality of delivered technological solutions. He is also co-responsible for shaping the long-term technology strategy of KMPOL and for implementing management processes.

With over 17 years of experience in executing investment projects both in Poland and abroad, he specializes in strategic planning, engineering team management, and organizational transformation. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for key elements of projects such as the construction of the CHP plant in Gorzów Wielkopolski and the implementation of the Automated People Mover system at Los Angeles Airport.

He holds an engineering degree and has completed postgraduate studies in finance and energy. He combines an analytical approach with a people-oriented mindset, believing that effective technologies are created by teams that share a common goal and have the space to act.
