The Ordinary General Assembly of the Members of the IT Cluster Association was held on June 12, 2025. We began the meeting with an open conversation and a shared retrospective, which allowed us to summarize the past year and set new directions for the future.
This discussion resulted in a list of conclusions and ideas to inspire the newly elected Board and the Cluster Office team. We thank all participants for their active involvement, openness, and valuable reflections.
During the Assembly, the Management Board’s activity report for the past twelve months was presented and positively assessed by the Audit Committee. Details of the report are available here >>
New Authorities of the IT Cluster
This year’s Assembly also served as an electoral meeting. As a result of the voting, a new Board was elected for the upcoming two-year term. Paweł Kozłowski was appointed as the new President. The Board also includes Marcin Kaczmarek, Daniel Czapiewski, Marcin Skonieczny, and Michał Mariański. The members of the Audit Committee are Małgorzata Dróbka, Piotr Anioła, and Paweł Wodyński.
We warmly congratulate all those elected and wish them success in taking on new challenges. We welcome Paweł Kozłowski, the new President of the Cluster, and Michał Mariański, who has joined the Board.
Acknowledgments to the Outgoing Authorities
We would like to express our special appreciation to those who have actively supported the development of the Cluster over the past years: Marcin Kaczmarek, who served as President of the Board for six years and had previously served as a Board Member. His openness, dedication, and consistency in action significantly contributed to establishing the Cluster’s position as a key partner in developing an innovative economy. Thank you for the inspiring conversations, care for the IT sector, and promotion of its potential in the region. We also express our gratitude to Kamil Pilarski and Wojciech Kowalczyk – Members of the previous term’s Audit Committee – for their active involvement in the Cluster’s life and their effective efforts on its behalf.
