Product MeetUP#2 is in the books! On June 24th, product management enthusiasts and practitioners came together once again to hear inspiring talks, discuss challenges, and share best practices. This time, participants walked away not only with their heads full of new ideas but also with tangible solutions ready for daily implementation — and, as many pointed out, with a substantial boost of positive energy.

The Product MeetUP series is organized in ongoing collaboration with Asseco Data Systems. The partners of Product MeetUP#2 were Technopark Pomerania and Red Sky.

The event kicked off with Adam Hendzel, who took the audience on a fast-paced journey through the topic of MVP, offering a fresh perspective. His talk addressed current challenges, including the integration of AI into product processes. It introduced the concept of the Minimum Viable Product — a broader perspective that looks beyond the product itself to encompass the entire business model. As Adam emphasized, sometimes it’s worth taking a step back to build something truly valuable.

The second talk was delivered by Jakub Cichocki, who focused on the mental resilience of people working in product environments. Using a simple yet powerful metaphor — a closet (!) — he helped participants reflect on how daily pressure, unpredictability, and packed backlogs affect our well-being. His talk resonated with many thanks to practical tips on micro-habits and balance, as well as a deeper dive into the power of vulnerability, gratitude, and seeing the good in others as valuable tools for building mental strength. It was one of those presentations that stays with you long after the event. Link to presentation >>

Closing out the session, Kacper Skoczylas shared his experience in building strong collaboration between product, marketing, and sales teams. He emphasized the importance of avoiding siloed thinking and showed how much an organization can gain when all teams work toward shared goals, using common data and fostering mutual understanding. In today’s world of remote and distributed teams, his insights were especially timely. His talk was a potent reminder that open, regular, and values-driven communication across departments is key to any successful company. As he demonstrated, the best products are built when people genuinely listen to each other. Link to presentation >>

After each talk, participants had the opportunity to ask questions and share their own experiences, bringing practical insights from various companies and industries. Kacper even surprised the audience by giving away books to those who asked the most engaging questions. This small but much-appreciated gesture underscored the value of open dialogue and active participation.

The end of the talks didn’t mark the end of the event. Participants stayed on for lively networking, exchanging contact information, discussing real-world challenges, and sharing tips and tools. And of course, there was pizza — now something of an unofficial trademark of our MeetUPs!

A big thank you to all attendees and speakers for creating such a unique atmosphere — one that is full of openness, knowledge sharing, and positive energy. We’re excited to keep building a space for growth and experience exchange in product management right here in Szczecin.

We warmly invite you to join us for the autumn edition of Product MeetUP#3. See you there!
