Member Of The Board CEO of Spyrosoft Synergy S.A., the company specialising in software engineering services for global clients from the robotics and Human-Machine Interface domains, part of the Spyrosoft S.A. group. After graduating from the University of Szczecin in 1997 with a M.Sc. degree in Computer Science, he started his career as a software engineer, had the opportunity to work abroad in Scotland and Hong Kong. Then taking a managerial path, he helped several companies specialising in Software Development Services with the expansion of their operational departments and the establishment of new competence centres in new locations. For over 25 years he’s had the privilege to work with highly talented people, and today he uses his experience at Spyrosoft Synergy. Always strives to build an environment that encourages teams and individuals to experiment, learn from their experiences and be creative, where not only what is to be done is important, but also how and why. Passionate about software excellence and using the power of technology to help clients succeed in their digital endeavours, all while seeking to contribute to the software industry and create positive social change.

Member Of The Board Practitioner and incurable optimist. For over 9 years founder and managing director of the STETTINER ID & STORY agency. An expert in the fields of marketing, UX / UI and the broadly understood mobile application market - both consumer and business oriented. He gained his experience implementing commercial projects for brands such as Bayer, PEKAO, Toyota, Paramount, Carlsberg, Camel, Danone, Hortex, Aviko, Air Berlin, Amol, TomTom, MTV, JVC, Kino Polska and others. A graduate of the West Pomeranian Business School - MBA Executive. Co-creator of many popular mobile applications - incl. Diet Watch, Diana Photo, Spec Ops, Time Zones, VR Shooting Range, Claustroom. A lover of new technologies, sports (fitness, karting, sails) and a huge automotive fan. Privately, husband of Ola and father of Maks and Antek.

Member of the Board Partner zarządzający Dige, szczecińskiej agencji interaktywnej/internet software house'u wykorzystującego nowoczesne technologie webowe i mobilne do rozwiązywania problemów i wspomagania pracy swoich klientów, którymi są zarówno korporacje (takie jak Toyota, Ecolab czy BASF), jak i 'zwykli' użytkownicy internetu (pinka.pl). Marcin Skonieczny, jako nie-informatyk z wykształcenia - co sobie ceni - jest pośrednikiem pomiędzy programistami, a odbiorcami. Mówi w obu językach – developerów i ludzkim.

Member Of The Board She’s been present in the IT sector for 12 years now, during which she acted as a line manager, project manager and scrum master. She’s with GlobalLogic Poland since 2014 - currently as a Site Manager of Szczecin branch of the company, which produce software mainly for the automotive industry. She loves working with people and everyday challenges. She graduated from the University of Szczecin with a master's degree in English Philology, the West Pomeranian Business School where she obtained a bachelor's degree in computer science and econometrics and a postgraduate diploma in IT project management. Privately, a fulfilled mom, tennis fun and fantasy books lover.
MARCIN KACZMAREK

Chairman of the Board Born in 1977, Master of Science in software engineering and information system design from the Technical University of Szczecin in 2001. After graduation he took part in the IT Green Card program and began his employment at Consileon Business Consultancy in Frankfurt. It was a great challenge, but satisfaction gained from participating in many extraordinary projects more than compensated for long working hours and constant traveling. During his work for Consileon he gained experience as a programmer, consultant and a team leader. His leadership and organizational skills were essential to convince his employer to take more Polish IT specialists on board. In January 2005 he became the front man of Consileon Polska - a company newly set up in Szczecin as a software development center for the Consileon Group. As Chairman of the Board and CEO he is responsible for the company strategy and sales.

Member of the Supervisory Board Managing Director at Inco – the Polish branch of the German federal technology company Bundesdruckerei. A leader in the fields of technology and business management with 30 years of experience gained both in global corporates and dynamic start-ups. He holds an Executive MBA from the West Pomeranian Business School in Szczecin and a postgraduate degree in industrial fleet superintendency from Lloyd’s Maritime Academy in London. He has nearly 10 years of international expatriate experience, having worked and lived in the United States, Norway, and South Africa. During this time, he held key roles within subsidiaries of the Norwegian Kongsberg Group, leading engineering projects in customer service, integrated automation systems design, and later in strategic business development across Sub-Saharan Africa region. As a long-time employee of Kongsberg Maritime Poland, he was responsible for various business functions, including serving as Director of Services and Technology, where he oversaw global functions such as customer after-sales support, financial shared services center, and the research and development of mission-critical software. Before joining Inco, he worked as an AI Manager at an edtech start-up focused on the development of nano-education technologies. Co-author of the Exams Online- Academy platform. He values the harmony between technology and people, believing that such synergy is the foundation of lasting success for any organization.

Member of the Supervisory Board Od 15 lat zarządzam i wspieram rozproszone zespoły sprzedażowe. Swoje doświadczenie budowałem w dużych sieciach handlowych jak Polkomtel czy Vobis. Ostatnie kilka lat pochłonęła mnie analityka biznesowa i wdrożenia oprogramowania do zarządzania zasobami przedsiębiorstw. Moją pasją jest otwarte oprogramowanie z zastosowaniach biznesowych.

Chief Operating Officer The main tasks concern: management of business relations and supporting IT companies with new expansion opportunities, close cooperation with the socio-economic environment of West Pomerania and constant development of the offer of the West Pomeranian ICT Cluster. Experienced in working as a business consultant and a specialist for the support and development of business competencies of IT companies in West Pomerania.
