Since 2020, he has served as the Director of the R&D department in Poland, leading projects focused on the development of next-generation telecommunications standards (4G, 5G, and beyond). A graduate of the West Pomeranian University of Technology with a degree in Computer Science.
He combines a need for structure with out-of-the-box thinking. He believes that every change can bring something positive and is driven by solutions that add real value.
Privately, he is a father of three boys, a motorcycle enthusiast, a fan of strategy games, and a passionate traveler.

A hands-on professional and incurable optimist – he believes in the success of new projects with the same enthusiasm as he did the very first time. For nearly 14 years, he has led the agency STETTINER ID&STORY, which specializes in areas such as marketing strategy development, UX/UI design, and the creation of innovative consumer and business applications.
In 2024, he became CEO of STETTINER.ai, a brand focused on developing custom AI assistants, as well as VR/AR applications and simulators. In 2025, STETTINER.ai implemented, among other projects, a virtual video live-streaming survey assistant for the City of Szczecin.
He is a co-creator of popular mobile apps such as Diet Watch, Diana Photo, Spec Ops, Time Zones, VR Shooting Range, and Claustroom. He has delivered commercial projects for leading brands including Bayer, Adidas, Red Bull, Toyota, Bloomingdale’s, Paramount, Carlsberg, Danone, Hortex, Aviko, Amol, TomTom, MTV, JVC, and Kino Polska.
An Executive MBA graduate from the West Pomeranian Business School. As one of the founders of UniRacers (uniracers.eu), Poland’s largest sim-racing league, he combines his passion for e-sports with a strong interest in karting, new technologies, and automotive innovation.
Privately – husband to Aleksandra and father of Maksymilian and Antoni.

Member of the BoardFor many years, he ran a software house in Szczecin, which eventually led him to become the CEO of Patronite (Crowd8 Sp. z o.o.) – a leading crowdfunding platform for Creators. Patronite combines fintech solutions with services tailored to the needs of creative users (including an online store, publishing house, and content publishing), operating as a 100% IT-based venture. From the beginning of his career, he has worked at the intersection of technology and management, from the perspective of someone who builds and develops teams and digital products. Transitioning from running a service-oriented company to creating his product allowed him to gain a deeper understanding of the dynamics of working in the IT industry. He has been involved with the IT Cluster for many years – he values the opportunity to exchange experiences, and even more so, joint efforts to support the growth and representation of West Pomeranian tech companies. Privately – a father of two, a music enthusiast who doesn’t get stuck in the “good old hits” but constantly seeks out new sounds. He finds the best relaxation in solo cycling trips covering mile after mile.

Chairman of the BoardSince 2022, he has held the position of Director of the Technology Department at Kongsberg Maritime Poland, responsible for the development of one of the key units within the company’s structure. In his role, he works closely with Kongsberg Maritime’s global structures, coordinating efforts related to process standardization, tool optimization, and strengthening the technical competencies of the team. His activities focus on increasing operational efficiency and ensuring the high quality of delivered technological solutions. He is also co-responsible for shaping the long-term technology strategy of KMPOL and for implementing management processes.
With over 17 years of experience in executing investment projects both in Poland and abroad, he specializes in strategic planning, engineering team management, and organizational transformation. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for key elements of projects such as the construction of the CHP plant in Gorzów Wielkopolski and the implementation of the Automated People Mover system at Los Angeles Airport.
He holds an engineering degree and has completed postgraduate studies in finance and energy. He combines an analytical approach with a people-oriented mindset, believing that effective technologies are created by teams that share a common goal and have the space to act.
