Netcom Building Technologies Sp. z o.o. was founded in Szczecin in 2012 as a subsidiary of NETCOM Sp. J., which has been operating continuously since 1999. From the very beginning, the company has been associated with the telecommunications and electrical industry, operating not only in the West Pomeranian region but also in neighboring provinces.

The company’s main business profile is the design, installation, and supervision of security systems (intrusion systems, CCTV, access control, and time & attendance systems), fire protection systems (including gas extinguishing systems, voice alarm systems), as well as computer and telecommunications networks.
Thanks to recent advancements in these systems and the growing awareness of investors who expect turnkey project execution, the company provides comprehensive services.

Design:

We design low-voltage, fire protection, alarm, and local and wide area computer networks, preparing for the client:

• Construction designs → simplified; in our field, this includes internal electrical installations in industrial and office buildings.
  These are prepared for the client based on standard electrical installation solutions, architectural and construction designs, fire protection guidelines, client requirements, as well as applicable regulations and standards.
• Detailed execution designs → developed on the basis of architectural drawings, room remodeling plans, inter-branch arrangements, applicable regulations and standards, as well as consultations with the investor.
  With the execution documentation, the client receives a complete design with descriptive and drawing parts, a list of necessary equipment and materials for the installation, and a preliminary cost estimate of the selected system.
• As-built documentation → detailed, providing the client with full descriptive and drawing information on how and with which materials the installations were carried out in renovated spaces.

Installation works:

• Installation and modernization of existing security systems, fire protection systems, structured cabling, computer, and telecommunication networks.
• Assembly and programming of devices in the field of broadly understood telecommunications.
• Integration of computer and telecommunication hardware with operating systems and network software.

Maintenance services:

• Ongoing technical support, ensuring operational efficiency of installed systems, diagnosing failures, and repairing devices that form part of the systems.
• Maintenance and modernization of telephone exchanges and telecommunication systems (Siemens, Panasonic, LG, Datera).
• Administration, configuration repairs, and programming of telecommunication exchanges as well as security and fire protection control units.
• Software customization to meet client needs.
