MARCIN KACZMAREK - Chairman of the Board
Born in 1977, Master of Science in software engineering and information system design from the Technical University of Szczecin in 2001.
After graduation he took part in the IT Green Card program and began his employment at Consileon Business Consultancy in Frankfurt. It was a great challenge, but satisfaction gained from participating in many extraordinary projects more than compensated for long working hours and constant traveling. During his work for Consileon he gained experience as a programmer, consultant and a team leader. His leadership and organizational skills were essential to convince his employer to take more Polish IT specialists on board.
In January 2005 he became the front man of Consileon Polska - a company newly set up in Szczecin as a software development center for the Consileon Group.
As Chairman of the Board and CEO he is responsible for the company strategy and sales.

He is a legal advisor and patent lawyer, specialist in the field of new technology law, technology transfer and maritime law. He graduated postgraduate studies in international commercial law LL.M. (Rostock) and a study of English and EU Law at the University of Cambridge. He services experienced companies and start-ups from the IT industry- from their establishment, through the investment process, to product launch on the domestic and foreign market. He participates in the work of FSFE Legal - The Freedom Task Force, co-author of the Guide for Research and Development Centers JASPERS, umpire at the Arbitration Court, functioning at German Maritime Arbitration Association. He services mainly data centers, programming companies, e-commerce, TMT, interactive/design agencies and technology transfer measures and purposful copartnership of universities in their plans in the country and abroad. A special area of experience is licences relevant to open source components in eterprise-class systems and ''XaaS'' platforms.
Managing Partner at Dige, Szczecin interactive agency / internet software house using modern web technologies and mobile for troubleshooting and support of clients, which are both corporations (such as Toyota, Ecolab and BASF) and 'ordinary' Internet users (pinka.pl).
Marcin Skonieczny, as a proud non-IT specialist in terms of education, is the mediator between developers and customers. He speaks in both languages - developerish and human.
