We invite you to join the Embedded Academy program. We are looking for people that would like to begin their career in embedded software development. We are starting on April 1st!
During 3 months of training, you will gather all the necessary knowledge to make the first steps in the commercial embedded projects. The goal of the training program is to teach basics about embedded software development in a Linux environment. The training will be performed according to the “learning by doing” principle. During the training, the following embedded device will be implemented: Low power IoT camera trap with motion sensor. The project will be structured in a way and will use technologies resembling commercial GL projects.
Within the project we will cover the following learning areas:
- Yocto build process and toolchain
- Cross-compiling
- Embedded debugging
- IoT device management
- Service-oriented architecture – C++
- Video streaming protocol basics
- Embedded power management basics
- Embedded security basics
