Project and position
Our team develops modern products used by Nordic citizens and welfare professionals. As our new development team member, you will play a key role in designing new solutions and migrating existing ones. You will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of our product development including concept, UX design, architecture, software development, testing and maintenance
As a Senior Software Engineer with .NET you will be responsible for:
- Working in an agile cross-functional team in large software organization,
- Improving technical, process, culture capabilities that support continuous delivery.
- Helping your team understand software development life cycle,
- Developing new functionality for our applications,
- Maintaining our codebase, keeping it up to industry standards,
- Working with other teams in order to discuss and decide on technology roadmap in organization,
- Evaluate industry standard tools and include them in product development.

Things we will value in your experience include:
- Experience in software development using agile methodologies,
- Excellent Knowledge of .NET/.NET Core platforms and C#,
- Excellent Knowledge of SQL Databases, preferrably MS SQL,
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration and delivery(CI/CD) in big organizations,
- Knowledge of modern design patterns, evolutionary and service-oriented architecture,
- Experience in working an API First approach,
- Variety of good technical and process practices supporting Lean and Agile development,
- Ability to think big and take small steps
Nice to have:
- Experience with TypeScript, HTML5, CSS/SASS, and in of Vue,Angular or React,
- Experience with mobile application development,
- Knowlede of DORA Research,
