The role of a Business Development Manager is one of the key positions in Sii Competency Centers. First of all, the person in this position has to create and close the sales processes effectively.

Your role
- Actively acquiring new customers in Polish and international markets
- Taking direct responsibility for creating a profitable book of clients
- Promoting and selling business solutions based on Salesforce products
- Cocreating an effective Salesforce sales strategy
- Generating leads, preparing offers, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and following up on the clients’ requests
- Cooperating with the Marketing Department on the organization of business events (conferences, workshops, etc.)
- Building and nurturing relationships with current clients and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis
Your skills
- Proven sales experience in a consultative selling approach
- Familiarity with sales and negotiations techniques
- Excellent ability to analyze customers’ needs to create up-sell and cross-sell flow
- Ability to establish stable and satisfactory business relations with customers and coworkers at different levels of the organization, including the Management Board
- Skills in preparing offers and business presentations – you have to believe (and make customers believe) in the services you are selling
- Full proficiency in English, allowing cooperation with international business partners
- Knowledge of Polish
- Readiness for business trips and owning a driving license
- Can-do attitude, natural passion, and ability to establish good, positive relationships with people
