We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Internal Communication Specialist.
Our current project focuses on creating and publishing cybersecurity materials to ensure the correct flow of information within the organization.
We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills and excellent English language proficiency, as the role requires more emphasis on organizational experience rather than technical expertise.

Your role
- Creating and publishing cybersecurity awareness materials on Yammer, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint platforms
- Preparing announcements about events, incidents, and security procedures on the designated platforms
- Posting updates on projects, new features, and security implementations
- Collaborating with security champions and providing support
- Developing and promoting a „Happy Newsletter” for cybersecurity awareness resources
- Collaborating with speakers for the „Inspire Us with Your Story” series
- Generating reports related to communication and awareness activities
- Customizing reports and communicating with other CISO functions
- Developing training materials for the Awareness Week
- Providing ongoing support and updates on the SharePoint platform
Your skills
- Solid experience in organizational roles, preferably in the field of cybersecurity
- Knowledge of effective communication techniques for promoting cybersecurity awareness
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English
- Knowledge of Polish
- Understanding of cybersecurity domain and security awareness programs
- Ability to dive deeper into the cybersecurity field and willingness to learn
- Excellent understanding of security awareness and communication tools
- Proficiency in creating engaging and informative cybersecurity content
- Ability to analyze and interpret cybersecurity metrics and data
