Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Moodle Developer who will be responsible for maintaining and developing Moodle-based e-learning platforms and solutions that improve the learning experience of our clients. The Moodle Developer will work within a cross-functional team to design and develop enhancements to existing Moodle systems, as well as build new e-learning platforms according to the client’s requirements. In addition, the role will require problem management and troubleshooting for Moodle related issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience developing and maintaining Moodle-based e-learning platforms and solutions
- Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
- Experience with Moodle plugins development and LTI integration
- Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and AICC e-learning standards
- Working experience with AWS cloud infrastructure
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus
