Your role
- Assess the impact of digital transformation initiatives on employees, stakeholders, and business (Impact Analyses, Impact Mapping)
- Develop and use strategies to address resistance to change and support the adoption of change
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Connect the different streams, teams, squads, etc, by checking in, listening, mitigating, and all needed to be on the same page
- Develop a training strategy and communication plan, as well as deliver the training
- Conduct change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and stakeholder analyses to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives, collect feedback, and make adjustments as necessary
- Support the Go-Live phase of new implementations with communication, ad hoc problem-resolving
- Create and track change/adoption KPIs during and post-rollout of the program
- Make sure the owners of the processes work on content creation, transfer, and sharing between the different countries, and stakeholders in an effective way
Your skills
- 5+ years as Change Manager, Transition Manager or similar
- Digital Transformation Knowledge
- Stakeholder Management and exceptional communication skills
- Project Management proficiency
- Wide experience in conducting trainings and meetings facilitation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in Agile methodology
- Ability to lead projects independently with limited supervision
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Certification in ADKAR Prosci will be an asset
