Key role of this person is to support in ensuring the proper execution of the DCX Communication Plan and Strategy to drive awareness to all key stakeholders including Markets & Regions, with the aim to improve DCX Perception.
Your role
- Driving Monthly Community Calls end-to-end
- Supporting to setup, maintain and keep Teams Community alive by ensuring content is being built and published
- Facilitating the collection of content from all stakeholders to develop strategic material (presentations, newsletters, stories)
- Analyzing the impact of our communication and proposing improvement opportunities
- Building and maintening of the SharePoint
- Creating and maintaining marketing communication assets for the Program (visual identity guidelines, banners, infographics, template)
Your skills
- University degree in communications, management, psychology or related fields
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the field of internal communications in a company or PR agency
- Excellent skills in writing, editing and presenting information in a manner that can be understood by a variety of audiences
- Knowledge of effective internal communication techniques, including crisis management, is also essential
- Familiarity with various communication tools, such as intranets, internal letters, newsletters, internal social networks, online training platforms and others
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build positive relationships with diverse groups of employees
