Our second QNX Academy is starting in May 2022!
The QNX Academy is a 6-month paid mentoring program for junior developers who want to work for a major automotive manufacturer in our software development project and get mentoring and education on QNX. You don’t need to have previous experience with QNX before entering the program.
Where the Academy is organized?
Most Of The Studies Will Be Online:
- Poland – Szczecin or Wrocław
- Conditions: up to 9500 PLN/month
will be the headquarters for our operations. You can participate from any location mentioned above as long as you are able to move to mentioned cities later.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Before you apply to the QNX Academy, you should be comfortable with the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, or MSc Thesis worker in Computer, Electrical or Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar field
- Internship or previous project experience relating to software engineering
- Demonstrated capability in software development using C++, C, Python and / or scripting languages
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to identify needed actions and act to resolve issues with minimal oversight
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic team
Understanding of OS adaptation layer, middleware or adaptive AUTOSAR will be considered as an advantage. Previous experience with Linux OS and familiarity with QNX is seen as a great advantage.

Once applied, you will get a link to a coding test, which contains three coding tasks to complete with C/C++ in three hours. The coding test results will be evaluated, and depending on your results you will be invited to Unikie’s interviews, organized in March and April. The program kicks off in May 2022.
