Main responsibilities:
- Work closely with business leaders and line managers to build their people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organsational objectives.
- Align business objectives with HR initiatives and solutions. Advise and support managers on strategic issues and help them implement high-performing, integrated human resources practices.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders in relevant unit, understanding all aspects of the business
- Drive the implementation of key initiatives in alignment with the broader HR /
- People strategy and business requirements
- Coach, develop and support management on an ongoing basis
- Support and drive performance improvement initiatives and a culture of excellence
- Facilitate group sessions i.e. regarding intive´s L&D initiatives and relevant action
- Planning, ensure consistent follow-up and progress accountability
- Proactively work with management / leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and structures
- Advise on labor law regulations and implication and guide / coach leaders through conflict handling and grievance (in collaboration with Employee Experience)
- Ensure close collaboration with other HR functions
- Create strong partnerships with recruitment
- Close cooperation within global HR Team
- Support, mentor junior HR BPs. Run projects on international/global levels. Process/product owner.
Requirements:
- University degree in HR Management or equivalent experience
- At least 4+ Years of experience in HR in a business partner function
- Experience in working with business leaders on eye-level
- In depth experience of working in a dynamic, fast changing environment
- Experience in working in global matrix organizations
- Additional HR certifications on i.e. change management, coaching would be a big plus
- Experience with agile (HR) methods and processes
- Solid expertise in labour law
- Experienced level in HRMS and Microsoft Office
- Fluent Business English
- Able to connect the dots, solid analytical skills
- Hands-on mentality with the ability to find pragmatic solutions, yet having sight on the bigger picture
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; distinctive ability to interact proactively on all levels
- Team player, resilience and strong sense of responsibility, easy and fun to work with
