Can your business stay competitive, if you run out of resources? In an era of changing demographics and accelerating AI adoption, this conference explores how companies can scale internationally, build resilient global teams, and turn AI into a sustainable competitive advantage.

We are pleased to invite you to an international business conference entitled “Future-proofing Your Business in a Changing Demographic and AI Landscape”, taking place on 31 March 2026. The event is organised jointly with our cluster member, ERYK IT, and the Center for Economic Initiatives of the Marshal’s Office in Szczecin, which acts as a co-organiser.

The event will focus on the future of the labour market, business internationalisation, and the role of AI and digitalisation in business development. During the conference, business leaders, IT experts, and public administration representatives from Poland, Denmark, Nigeria, and Malaysia will share practical experience and proven business models.

Participants will gain insights into solutions for talent acquisition, building international teams, and cooperation with foreign markets, including Nigeria. The event will showcase real-life examples of how companies successfully address skills shortages, demographic challenges and global workforce transformation. Our speakers include leading international authorities in their respective fields.

This conference is dedicated to entrepreneurs, managers, HR and IT leaders, and all professionals seeking to future-proof their businesses and compete effectively in the global market.

Programme highlights include:

  • global expansion and offshoring as a response to challenges in the European labour market,
  • the impact of demographic change on the IT sector and industry,
  • managing multicultural and geographically distributed teams,
  • AI as a cultural bridge – how technology supports international collaboration,
