About the project:
This project revolves around the development and testing of cloud-native 5G Core and 4G Evolved Packet Core (EPC) software solutions for one of the world’s leading telecommunications software provider companies. These solutions form the backbone of our client’s network infrastructure, enabling seamless connectivity and innovative services for their global customer base.
As part of this project, the selected engineer will work on the forefront of telecom technology, shaping the future of communication by participating in the design, implementation, and validation of the next generation of packet core network solutions. Our focus is on leveraging cloud-native principles and technologies to enhance the flexibility, scalability, and efficiency of our client’s 5G and 4G EPC offerings.
Mandatory competences
- Good programming skills in C++
- Knowledge of IP Networks
- General knowledge about network sockets
- Fluent spoken and written English
- CMake build systems
- Linux development environment knowledge
- Git
Nice to have competences
- Knowledge of 5G Core / 4G Evolved Packet Core
- Knowledge of L2/L3, Routing, 3GPP
- Knowledge of protocols TCP/IP, HTTP, UDP
- Agile ways of working (Scrum, XP, etc.)
- Proficiency in the use of GDB
- Knowledge of GTest test framwork
- General knowledge about Docket containers and Kubernetes
- Knowledge about working with Gerrit
