Your responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and maintain network and services
- Install and configure server software and hardware
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
- Ensure security through access controls, backups, firewalls
- Develop and maintain configuration scripts, automation
- Manage, maintain and document IT infrastructure
Required skills and qualifications:
- Good understanding of corporate networks and services (DNS, DHCP etc.)
- Proven experience with working with professional networking devices from brands like Ubiquity, Mikrotik
- Linux and virtualization skills (Proxmox will be an asset)
- At least four years of proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
- Higher education in IT or related field
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery
- Ability to create scripts in Bash, Python or another language
- Solution focus, ability to maintain composure and work effectively during challenges
- Excellent time planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines/priorities
- Enthusiastic, positive, “can do” approach
