Join our project as an Organizational Change Manager and lead, develop and execute OCM plans in a global pharmaceutical company.
As one of the OCM you will be responsible for change initiatives, putting together and executing the specific change management plans. A large portion of your efforts will be in helping the teams with direct communications materials and coordinating the communication and engagement efforts.
Your role
- Stakeholder mapping and impact assessments
- Communication and Engagement strategy and plans
- Develop compelling messages and necessary materials to support your strategy and communicate effectively with your stakeholders
- Understand the larger scope of the program and regularly exchange and collaborate with the larger OCM team, pro-actively accounting for potential dependencies
- Leverage the standard frameworks to ensure an aligned and transparent way of working
Your skills
- At least 4 years of experience in leading global change programs or IT solution adoption, ideally managing migration and decommissioning projects
- Knowledge of PROSCI Change Management Methodology
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders in a challenging and global environment
- Ability to translate complex ideas into understandable and consumable bits of information, creating the necessary communication support material
- Fluent in English and Polish required
- Residing in Poland required
