We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team, specializing in healthcare network projects. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of projects from the initial phase to closure.
Your role
- Implementing project governance throughout all project phases, from pre-project/initial to post-project/closure
- Identifying and managing risks associated with projects
- Ensuring work is completed to the required standards, within the specified time frame and budget
- Making sure that projects deliver expected outcomes and benefits
- Motivating and coordinating a team of project members
- Managing changes to the project when necessary
- Providing management reports for project initiation, progress, and health
- Supporting project prioritization and workflow automation
- Assisting in resource planning and scheduling
- Facilitating collaboration and streamlining communication processes
- Maintaining project learning and knowledge
Your skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management
- English language skills at the B2/C1 level
- Experience in managing relationships with multiple stakeholders, including Cyber Security, Business Key Users, and external vendors
- Familiarity with working in a multinational, multicultural, and dispersed environment
- Experience in managing complex infrastructure, networking, and service projects
- The ability to tailor communication for stakeholders ranging from blue-collar to C-suite levels
- Fluent Polish required
- Residing in Poland required
