Office Administrator

Job Summary:

As an office administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization’s office. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative tasks, from coordinating office activities to supporting upper management. We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated individual who can work efficiently with minimal supervision.


Coordinate Office Activities:
• Ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Support Upper Management:
• Manage agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for executives.
• Handle phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.).
Financial and Administrative Tasks:
• Assist with budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
• Create and update records and databases containing personnel, financial, and other relevant data.

Marketing Tasks:
• Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
• Coordinate and support marketing campaigns, including social media and email marketing efforts.

HR Tasks:
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientations.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Experience: Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a relevant role.
• Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities with proficiency in English.
• Organization: Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Familiarity: Knowledge of office management procedures, basic accounting principles, and basic HR practices.
• Software Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (such as ERP systems).
• Education: High school diploma required; a BSc/BA in office administration or a relevant field is preferred.
